Monterey County Immigrant Services Network of Empowerment
The Monterey County Immigrant Services Network of Empowerment (CISNE) serves immigrant communities by establishing access and trust through a collaborative approach of networking, information sharing, and partnering to serve their multicultural, all-inclusive needs.
CISNE hosts regular forums for the people who serve immigrant families in Monterey County — nonprofit staff, agency workers, educators, and advocates. Each forum focuses on a topic chosen through community feedback, with panelists sharing critical services, resources, and upcoming events. By connecting service providers to each other and to the latest information, CISNE strengthens the network of people working on the ground — so the immigrant community is better informed, better served, and better supported.
We are neutral, impartial, grassroots, and apolitical — led by volunteer community members dedicated to serving Monterey County's immigrant population.
Every voice belongs — regardless of immigration status, language, or background.
We grow stronger together. CISNE is built on mutual support and shared experience.
